FOUNDER

Monica is an executive leader with a passion for social justice. Co-founder of International Collective, a union official and a consummate marketing & product development professional, Monica is passionate about social change and building a more equitable society using her business skills. She has over 20 years of experience in building brands and products across media and not-for-profit sectors in India and Australia. Holding a number of strategic roles across revenue, fundraising, marketing, communication and product teams in her professional journey has enabled her to have a unique insight into both building brands and products from the ground up and steering them in collaboration with executive & senior management. Her educational background is in Communication & Media; she studied at Bournemouth Media School in the UK and was the recipient of an academic excellence scholarship after receiving her bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Delhi.
